Biography
I became a licensed realtor in the 1970’s working for a traditional agency that represented both buyers and sellers at the same time. Today this is known as a “Dual Agency”. Because of the intrinsic conflict involved while representing both buyer and seller I drifted away from real estate and into the leisure travel industry for several years.

As the real estate industry evolved over the last 15 to 20 years I began to take a second look at it. The development of EBA”s (Exclusive Buyer’s Agent) has helped to level the playing field for buyers. Today, I feel much more comfortable working in an environment where I can represent one person and not have to worry about a conflict of interest.

When making one of the largest financial decisions of your life I feel it is absolutely essential to have a team of professionals that are exclusively on your side as a buyer.
